Dua Kashany

Research Assistant

Dua is in her third year of a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) degree at UNSW, majoring in psychology. She is particularly interested in child development relating to social and emotional development as well as child psychopathology. She is passionate about early intervention and accessible, evidence-based treatments such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) that target behavioural difficulties that may present during childhood. 

In her current role as a research assistant at the Parent-Child Research Clinic, Dua is excited to learn more about PCIT and its implementation in school-based clinics.
